PAYMENTS: Classes vary in cost depending on whether the class is a 30 minute, 45 or 60 minute class. Also, some classes have 3 payment options for you you to choose from. See the registration form for the classes you are interested in for exact price and payment options. Spotlight Studio tuition can be made in 30 payments, 9 payments or 1 payment. A weekly payment has been added to the gymnastics payment plan as well. Gymnastics runs in 10 week sessions. The 1 payment will pay for a 10 week session or divided up into 3 payments. These payments are called weekly, monthly or full session to help us all communicate. However, please be aware that these payments are not directly related to the number of classes your child receives in a given month. For convenience the payments are the same for December when there is a holiday recess as March when there is no recess. Your payments have been based on tuition for the year or session with installments being due on the schedule that you choose.
Please not the same payment is due even if your childe is unable to attend class due to illness or other reasons. The studio expenses remain the same. If weather or other circumstances cause us to cancel a class, the lesson will be rescheduled.
Please pay your usual amount for that week or month.
Fundaisers: These are meant to help a family pay for all expenses that go along with a movement experience at Spotlight Studio. If a student leaves the studio with a fundraiser credit in their account the funds will go into the Spotlight Scholarship fund. Cash will not be refunded from a fundraiser.
Spotlight Production in May:

Students are required to have knowledge of the material required for the performance and attend the studio class the week before; on stage, and dress rehearsal. Accounts and Fundraisers must be paid in full to participate.
